How We Work

Our costs per person pricing includes everything required to prepare and serve your clam bake / raw bar.

This includes, staff, cooks, servers, food, high grade disposables, buffet tables, trash cans and trash removal.

Does not include: rental items such as tents tables chairs, china etc.

We can arrange to handle these items upon request.

Beverages NOT included in services…

All of our cooking will be done on location using propane cooking equipment and grills.

Our clam bakes are served in a walk thru buffet set up.

This way your guests can get what they want and not be presented with a fixed plate situation.

 All left over food will be packaged up and left with client upon request.

We will require access to a water source.

Upon completion of event expect property to be found in same condition as prior to service. 

We bring no extra food. If musicians, photographers, entertainers

or other staff will be present, it is your responsibility to feed them; or at least to keep them out of the service line. Our servers have no way to tell staff from guests.

Please note that our price quotation is for the entire event.

If there are more or fewer people, the cost per person will change.
